As per the City’s request on February 23,2021 we submitted a fully thought out 102 page proposal which fully detailed our vision for the redevelopment of Six Flags/Jazzland .

On 4-20-21 we were required to provide the City with a 15 page slide deck of the original submission which distilled it into to its most basic elements with an optional video .

During the community meeting it became apparent to the Situs Development Collective team that the community had yet to see our ORIGINAL vision .

In response to the community inquiry we , are this day , posting our vision for the redevelopment of the Six Flags/Jazzland site.

What we envision was created “ FOR US BY US !” It is singularly responsive to the studies commissioned by CNO . It is singularly responsive to the residents of “THE EAST !” It is singularly responsive to the MOMENT . It is the ONLY vision that WILL UPLIFT THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE and SPUR NEW DEVELOPMENT!
